Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (On-Site)

We are a rapidly expanding personal injury practice seeking a highly experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on exceptional client service, efficient case handling, and a collaborative, team-oriented environment. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a confident and detail-oriented paralegal who can manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement with professionalism and autonomy.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience managing personal injury pre-litigation matters, including medical records management, demand preparation, negotiation support, and frequent client communication. This is a fully in-office position, as collaboration and team integration are essential to our workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement
  • Draft, send, and follow up on medical record and billing requests
  • Review, organize, and summarize medical records and medical bills
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys
  • Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations
  • Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and documentation with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinate client medical treatment and monitor progress
  • Prepare settlement statements and assist with lien negotiations
  • Support attorneys with case strategy and case preparation as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal (required)
  • Strong understanding of personal injury case flow from intake through resolution
  • Proven experience handling medical records, drafting demands, and supporting negotiations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
  • Professional, dependable, and client-service-oriented
  • Ability to work onsite in Rancho Cucamonga

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with lien negotiations
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience working in a growing or high-volume personal injury practice
